How can I accses to the list of Yahoo IDs containing a name ex: Ramin. All poeple search webs work in US state

I mean how can I ask Yahoo to send me IDs beloged to the persons called Ramin, stay in Asia/Iran.

All my search results were done in US states not from Iran.

I think there should be a way to Yahoo e-mail addresses internationaly and just IDs contain specific words.

no i don think Yahoo can help you in this case ,you better try putting ad to any local daily newspaper.
