How can I add a fancy embroidered tag or label to clothing or towels?

I have a bought a very large set of bath and hand towels for my family, and would like to customise each one with their initials. They are very good quality towels and I want them to look the part, but I am not great at sewing!! I was having a hunt on the net for companies that maybe make fancy embroidered tags that can be custom produced and sent out to me, which I can then sew onto each towel ... but no luck. I am not an expert on this kind of stuff, so was wondering if any of you have suggestions (with links to useful online stores / website)? Thanks!

You can go to any fabric store that sells sewing notions and buy the ready-made initials - then bring them home and heat press them to the towels with a hot iron - or according to the instructions on the package.
