How and where can I add a friend code to my list?

Go to your Pal Pad in your Bag - Key Items

Press A

Scroll down to Register Friend

Put in name

Press okay (on touch screen)

Put in 12 digit code

Press okay (on touch screen)

Done

Basically what LaSoie 118 said. If you don't know where to get your pal pad, you get it downstairs in the pokemon center.
