How can I add a .mp3 as a ringtone on my LG Scoop?

I have read some about using a USB cord, but I don't see anywhere on my phone where I could plug in a USB cord? I do have a memory card reader on my laptop though.

  1. Plug the USB cord in the same place you plug the charger.

    they have a video..go there and get your ringtones

    its free and safe
