How can I add individual bios and picture for all group members without each of them having to create profile?

I tried using excel list with bio next to each embedded as word object, but after uploading, functionality to open object lost. How can I accomplish this in yahoo groups? what should I use that will get the results other than one large flat file? We would also like to link individual pic to bio. Ideas? Anyone done something similar?

There is no way to do what you want. Each member has to create their own public profile through their own Yahoo account.  No one else can do that for them.  Currently, pictures are not included in public profiles.
