This site has free missions you can download.

You can also purchase the Acceleration Expansion Pack put out by Microsoft. It has 30 new missions. You can see more information here:

You can also purchase the Xploration Mission Expansion Pack put out by xWerkz Studio when it comes out later this summer. It will have 16 new missions. You can preview those missions here:

There's a free beta version of Xploration out that has 3 fully flyable missions in it. You can get that here:
