How can I add music to a dvr?

I got a dvd of my ultrasound and I wanted to know if there was a way I can add music after its already burned?

This isn't really a DVR question, but here goes anyway: If you have a PC, you can use a program like MySonicDVD Studio to pull the video off of the DVD, re-arrange it (edit it, add music tracks, insert photos) and then re-burn it to a new disc (and then make copies of it).
