How can I add my avatar to my deviantart profile? I mean...?

Does it need for a specific kind of picture... I know it has to be small, but everytime I try, and it is a small picture... everytime I try... Nothing!

  1. They have limits on the size of the artwork for the avatar.  Check the limits and make sure your pictures is not too big to fit.
