How can I add sound to a movie I just downloaded?

I finally got this movie Ive been trying to get for a long time (I cant seem to buy it anywhere because no one has it, but I was able to download it FINALLY) The movie is called I know my first name is Steven. Anyways, for some reason, it downloaded in VOB format. I was able to add it to my Nero program, but now there is no sound. Is there a way to get sound to it? If so, how? Is there a program I can use to take it out of VOB format and put it to avi or mpeg?

If you downloaded the movie in a VOB format you must burn it on a DVD.

I suggest using Ashampoo Burning Studio 6. It is free Install it and go to Burn movies-->Burn a Video DVD from a prepared folder and you just add the whole folder and burn it.

You can then just put the disc in your pc and watch it with media player.

If you still don't have sound you should turn it in the media player options.

The problem could be that the DVD is narated in other language and you must choose English.
