Talk to a family lawyer.  See if they know of any children of that age to adopt.  you could also try to the foster care system.  Maybe fostering a child of this age might be easier than adopting right off.  That way you can ease into the adoption process if it is the right fit.

I would suggest you do foster care first. It's a way to open your home to a child that needs a loving and stable home enviroment.

you will have to register with social services. They can do background checks and home visits. I suggest you bone up on your spelling
