  1. Currently there is no mechanism in place to re-order your portfolios.  The default order is the order in which they are created.  Short of re-creating your portfolios in the order in which you wish them displayed, there is no way to do what you want.

  2. A list of portfolios is sorted by entry date, but when you create the portfolio the list of stocks can be sorted alphatibically if you click on the check box.

    I usually track my portfolios with adding a prefix to the name so i can pick it out easier .... e.g.   DLY-1- , DLY-2-,  COM-1-, COM-2-,  BCHP-1-, BCHP-2-  ... well you get the idea.  That way it doesn't matter what order I add them in.
