How can I alter parts of my body shape?

Hey yahoo answers, see those pictures, that's me, my upper body is reasonably well proportioned and well built, but my lower body seems to have gotten owned by pre-puberty fat/muscle distribution.

How do I lessen the red circled areas of fat/muscle, the bone is a decent distance underneath, I'm not fat by the way, 5'11 and 160 pounds

  1. cardio exercises at least 30 minutes a day for 3 or more days per week. Running, jogging, cycling, swimming. Strength and weight training may also help. Since your a male, its easier for you to gain musle quicker overall anyway so I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be a problem fixing those red circled areas.
