  1. you have to have a broker back you and submit your U4 application through your broker...Be ready for the $600 dollar plus application fee and testing fees


  2. You cant. That is one of the NASD requirements. A broker/dealer must sponsor you. You can get books, classes & materials all you want, but not the exam registration.

  3. Many will back you in a heartbeat.  

    I would sponsor you for the test if you even hinted you would place your business through my office for 90 days (or more).

    You are going to have to pass a quick background check.  

    Good luck.

    Incidentally, you will have to pay your own fees.
