Rather than looking for a website, you should look in your local telephone directory. If you are in a rural area or a tiny town, then you will need to look at the listings of the city nearest you or your county seat. If you don't have a telephone book for that city, try your local library.

In the white or blue pages, look under the name of your state (such as "Nebraska, State of") and there will be a listing of the state's agencies that have a local office. Since you don't say which state you are in, I cannot predict exactly what the agency will be called but typically the name includes a phrase like "human services" or "human resources" or "social services." Call them and schedule an appointment with a caseworker. There will not only be an application to fill out and documents you must produce (related to income, monthly expenses, social security numbers for your family members, etc.) there will probably also be an in-person interview. I can't predict exactly how long it takes but I don't think anyone gets benefits immediately unless you are truly in an emergency situation.

Theres not any money left in the program, so why not just get a job?

I know jobs are not for everybody, more especially really sexxxxy people, but a good job will keep you off the couch, and that'll keep your butt from looking like it's as wide as a Volkswagen bug.

You cant apply online.  You need to go down to the office, fill out the application and wait all day for an interview and then they will tell you if you qualify.
