  1. If you are in the united state then call the suicide hotline and see if they can refer you to a no cost or sliding scale clinic.  http://suicidehotlines.com/

I have called the hotline and it connects you to a person that is in your area.  You do not have to be suicidal to use the hotline.  They just have to keep it short for other callers.

  2. could u get ur doctor to refer u to 1?

  3. Universities often have studies and/or practice for their young doctors where they need volunteers. If you have any schools near you, you could try that. You might even be able to get paid, depending on the study.

  4. Contact your local mental health or human services department.  They have services if not for free then based on ability to pay.

  5. Try to possess as much information as you can maybe is one option, however it is time consuming, here is the one i have ever had good experience with.http://insurance.free-onlinetip.info/ins...

  6. If you are Canadian, your heath card and a doctor's referral is all you need.  That's all I needed.
