How can I attract attention to my new blog??

I have just created a new blog using Blogger.com. I want it to become popular and visited regularily. How can I attract attention to it without having to pay money. The blog can be found at www.hockeyfocus.blogspot.com.

this is a Good start but i wont look at it just write this useless info that you read and continue reading and now I'm done finish now that you lost about a minute of your life and your still reading omg

Try to become friends/partners with more popular blogs and they'll give you shoutouts in some posts telling the readers to check out your new contest or interesting post or something of the sort. That would be my best guess, good luck! =)
