How can I avoid gaining too much weight?

I'm almost 7 months prego and am overweight I'm afraid I'm going to gain alot in my last two months so Ive started walking everyday but my appetite is hearty. How can I avoid gaining too much more weight?

  1. keep up the walking...don't go overboard!  You will gain water weight so get ready. A lot of expecting mothers gain most of their weight in the last few months, its only natural.  You really need to talk this over with your OBGYN or your general MD with you saying that your overweight you could be considered a high risk pregnancy.  Good Luck


  2. you're overweight because you have another little person inside of you!

    please stay off the scales until your bundle of joy is born.

    fufill your cravings, because it's for your baby, not for you.

    sacrificing your body for 2 months is nothing compared to the joy you will feel from motherhood.

    just keep walking, and eat whatever you want.

    if you're naturally skinny, your body will take off the pounds on it's own once your baby is born, so don't worry about it!

    Yoga can also help mothers, but make sure its for pregnant women only. Do not strain yourself.
