  1. work harder and understand your product from top to bottom, be sencere to your customer. dont be shy to open the car door to your customer when they want to inspect the car and dont force them to make any decision too soon. and the most important you must love your job.

There are volumes on this one.  I have always taught my salespeople that the key to success is to ask questions, and listen to your customers.  By asking them questions, you show that you interested in fulfilling thier needs, not just selling what you want to sell.  Ask both open end and closed-ended questions to determine what is the best for your customers.  Only after you have gathered enough information should you present a product.  If you have properly qualified your customer, then the presentation and close should be simple.  

    Once the sale is made, always follow up with a hand-written thank you note (not an email or generic card).  Make sure to call your customer 2-3 days after the sale and find out if they have any questions or problems that need addressing.  Then follow up after one month, six months, and at the 1-yr anniversary.  Following up helps to create repeat and referral sales.
