How can i be a vet volunteer???

If you're looking at volunteering for military vets, I think you just have to be 16.  Go to your local VA hospital and state that you'd like to volunteer and ask some questions.  But decide how you want to volunteer:  do you want to candy stripe, just be a friend type volunteer who comes around and plays games, reads and talks to them, that sort of thing.  There are also programs where you can "adopt a vet" for vets with no family, there are a lot of different programs.  Check at the VA hospital and with a Veteran's Service Officer in your area, they are usually listed by county office.
