Canada, what law and regulations I should know? or it would be responsibilities of the importers to know?

  1. You need good import and or manufacturer / whole sale connections, as well as buyer connections. You have to follow import laws and broker sale for things that are legal. It's pretty simple in concept, you contact retail sellers and sell wholesale to them, buying yourself at manufacturers prices and you have to move sufficient quantity to be a value to the manufacturer or they would just sell direct and not need you.

    It's actually called a jobber, the link between manufacture and wholesalers. The wholesaler links between jobbers and retail.

    It's all about contacts on both sides and capitol to move product in quantity, storing it and delivering it.
