How can I be energetic waking up in the morning? ?

I am usually TIRED in the morning....do you guys always wake up like me? I am 40, healthy, does work out regularly has no physical health issue, but some time anxiety and depression kicks in.... I see MANY people regardless of age, once wake up in the morning, they are READY TO GO~! how can I consistently be like that ~!?

  1. .. question is how long and how deep do you sleep, coz sometimes quantity does not matter but the quality of sleep.  Anxiety and depression deprive us of the quality sleep we need, making us feel dull when we wake up. Sometimes its just physchological, you feel bad because you think you feel bad. When you open your eyes in the morning tell yourself "I feel great".. try this for a change.
