How can I be good at Xiangqi?(Chinese Chess)?

My style is agile and fast, but I achieve total defeat easily because of my style.How can I fix my problem and be good?

Practice against players that are better than you.  Adapt your style to achieve a winning strategy.  Too many players are too aggressive and end up losing their most mobile pieces (Cannons, Horses, Chariots) by squandering them across the river.  You have to balance your attack with a sound defense.  Make sure that your pieces support each other.
