How can I be more Flexible without taking classes???????

i dont want to take any classes, is there any daily routine i can do everyday??? i will rate 5 stars

  1. stretch than workout and stretch again permanent flexibilty changes happen after you workout but stretch before so you don't pull a muscle and do it every day and you will get more flexible.do many different kinds of stretching too.

    don't over do it if it really hurts you can pull a muscle which makes you less flexible afterwards.you want some pain but don't try to be flexible over night because you will just hurt yourself it takes some time.


  2. hello honey! im a cheerleader for topgun allstars. (i dont know if you heard of us) and i'm VERY flexibe so i will give you a few tips!

    1. no matter what even if something hurts really bad just go for it it will pay off in the long run

    2. do splits and go all they way down no matter how bad it hurts

    3. just do stretches where you need to be more flexible at!

There's a ton of different exercises you can do to increase you flexibility.  Yoga, weight lifting (yes, really), and stretching will all help your flexibility.  Do a Google search and you'll find a ton of different information, or you can search Wikipedia.  It all depends on what you want to do.
