How can I be more outgoing?

Question

In school I am mostly in the shy kind of stage around everyone except my friends. I go to a Private school were everone ius supposed to be nice but some people aren't. People at my school think that they can get anything out of me because I say yes easily and I am shy. How can I be more outgoing in school so people will be nicer to me? How can I be popular with my friends in a good way?

Hi, Its common with a lot of people at this stage. But its not permanent.

Things just don't come to you, you have to go get them. Just be normal/open to everybody, like you are with your family and other close friends. Even if you feel some people aren't nice to you, you better be nice to them and things will start changing. Of course it would take sometime but trust me, you will see the change around you.

it is not the case only nice people are popular,some times there

are contradictions.Don't pose to be somewhat,which you  are

not.Try to be reasonable,help others as you do now.

Don't bother what others think.rather think what you are.

Be you. Everyone's opinion doesn't matter. It is what you think of yourself. If your private school has sports, join some sports and make friends there. At my school, I have friends and some people think I am annoying a h**l. I personally don't care. I am the class clown, and love being it. :]]. I don't try to make people like me, I just get to know people and stand out of the crowd. Be loud. Be different. Being different isn't always bad. Just be yourself and know that you don't need a lot of friends to make it through school.
