  1. you just described my mine!  youre my sister right ? I think its her age hormones and stuff LOL . the best thing to do is ignore her -pretend you cant hear her in the mornings. thats what i learnt to do .

  2. Okay, so your mom's not a morning person. Many people are not. You may not be one either, which may be the reason both of you are locking horns in the a.m. Give her lots of space and quiet in the morning. If you need your report card signed, for instance, hit her with it the afternoon before, not on your way out the door as you're rushing to school.

Passive answers are safer. If the question is "Why is your hair so unconditioned?", the answer should be something like "I don't know. This conditioner isn't doing such a great job" or "Maybe I need a trim on the ends, what do you think?", instead of "Mom, I'm tired of hearing how much you hate my hair!"

  3. Nothing to do with respect but in regards to your question, bribes work!   Have a cup of coffee ready for her when she gets up. That should do the trick

  4. LOL, my Mom is the same way.

I just try to avoid her as much in the mornings as I can, like I'll stay in my room until I know she's out/asleep or, if she trys to talk to me when she's in psycho mode, I just put some food in my mouth (this prevents me from talking, in case she thinks I'm being sarcastic to her) and just nod as she nags.

I've actually tried to address the issue of her bad moods to her, but that just made her more upset...so I don't think she's going to change the way she acts anytime soon, lol...best to just ignore or agree to what she's saying (even though she's probably wrong) to avoid any further argument.

  5. Lol, just leave her be i think. You're a good daughter
