If I workout- I want my body to be toned but I don't want a six-pack, buff arms, or more muscle. (That wouldn't be feminine) How can I be sure I won't get those kind of muscles? I'm 24 by the way.

  1. Greetings it is commonly known that diets are useless for permanent weight loss. I urge you to you have a look at http://bit.ly/3888zI its a really informative site with tons of free tips and tricks. I lost 9 pounds in four weeks by doing as they advised

  2. hey i saw a personal trainer once and i asked him the same thing, because previously, after lots of summer exercise, i used to get very muscular. i asked him if there was a way to work out so that i dont end up looking like a man, like usual, but he said it's all based on genetics. unfortunately, women like me will never get that toned janet jackson look and ill always end up looking mannish. good luck working out, maybe youll discover something great!

  3. just exercise normally, and use weights that will make you break a little sweat...women don't have the necessary hormones to build up like men do :D yeah!!! as long as you're not on steroids, you'll tone up but nothing more...

  4. The only way you build muscle is through resistance training.  If you stick to cardiovascular exercise (walking, running, etc.), you won't have to worry about it.
