How can I beat Cynthia after the Elite Four with this team?

Question

Empoleon- lvl. 76

Moves- BubbleBeam, Return, Drill Peck, Aqua Jet

Staraptor- lvl. 40

Moves- Fly, Defog, Aerial Ace, Roost

Raichu- lvl. 64

Moves- Grass Knot, Surf, Thunderbolt

Uxie- lvl. 50

Moves- Cunfusion, Yawn, Future Sight, Amnesia

Sneasel- lvl. 43

Moves- False Swipe, Icy Wind, Slash, Metal Claw

Palkia- lvl. 51

Moves- DragonBreath, AncientPower, Dragon Claw, Special Rend

I know that I can level them up, but it's hard to level up Pokemon with that high of level, and if I train them at the Elite Four and lose to Cynthia, I have to pay her $4000, and I don't feel like doing that again. What can I possibly do???

look if you really want good pokemon like all legendary dogs and and mew and mewto and every pokemon and win every battle with one move get yourself a gameshark for gameboy advanced or a cheat code thing if you have a ds they work very kool i have one for each and you can level up all the pokemons fast you get 9,999,999 exp. point for each battle you win and they are very cheap

It looks as if you train one Pokemon and forget about your others. You should train them all at the same rate to have them all on an effective level. They should all be on level 50 at least before challenging the League.

Also, Uxie is useless. Exchange Uxie for something else.
