  1. Why would you want to be a light sleeper!? Light sleeper = poor sleeper. In other words, if you are a light sleeper, you are not getting all the benefits of a good night's sleep. The result? Less energy. Bad mornings. Grogginess. Lack of focus. Exhaustion.

    As far as getting to bed earlier goes- JUST DO IT! Decide when to go to bed, and keep going to bed at that time. Then make sure you get up eight hours later. Go to bed the same time every night. Get up the same time every morning. In a few months, you'll be getting the perfect night of sleep.
