I am 46 - I have been watching boxing since I can remember. I still remember Liston/Clay 2 from when I was 3 years old. I know you won't believe that, but my dad kept going on and on about the phantom punch.. how could I forget..

I've watched it very religiously ever since, but I"ve never fought or been a trainer or anything. But I obviously seem to be well versed in the sport...

Any ideas? I know that's not enough to convince someone..

Thanks

  1. your gonna hate my answer, but with no ring experience I think the only way you can do it is to go to school and get a degree in broadcast journalism.  Its really not as difficult as it sounds, but it will take 4 years if you don't take any breaks.  With your age you might have to go to a junior college and get an associates degree in journalism, then transfer to a university.

    good luck

  2. I think most of those guys went to college in broadcasting or communications.  You could start there!
