How can I become a Disney Channel Actress?????

Question

I am 13 and I have always wanted to be on Disney Channel!!!! Not just to become famous or see the stars, I want to because i think it would be fun!!! but i live in Ohio, not Columbus or Clevland. and my mom or dad wouldn't drive or pu me on a plane just to go to an audition and posibly not get a role. so i dont no what to do? So please help me.....

you shoudl do some classes!participate in plays! build up your resume! get an agent! do auditions! get headshots!

read everythign you see! and click on words in blue but not double udnerlined ones and i suggest that you sign up with alan baltes go to first site and look at right column it explains everything! he wont be an agent just help you out and its a one time fee of 30 dollars and totally worth it!please do not report mee ok i am not doing anything bad and this isnt spam or solicitation its not my site!i just copy and paste my answer cause its teh same for every question and sometimes i alter it! whats wrong with that?

Looks like you're out of luck.  Disney won't come searching for you in small town OH, that's just the way it is.  Most casting is doen in Los Angeles.  A small amount has been done in FL and even in UT where HSM was filmed.  Also, like I've said before, you can't choose JUST to work for Disney.  If you have an agent that agent will not just send you out for Disney shows.  It doesn't work that way.  They will send you out for whatever you break down for regardless of what network the show is on.  The only thing you can do at this point is try to get training where you are and start building a resume so that when you are older you can move to a place that does more filming.

Like you, I live in Ohio. But my mom is willing to take me places for auditions and such. You should try out Beck Center for the Arts in Lakewood Ohio. It gives really really good classes for like $300 per semester. It is completely worth it.

Did you know about the Camp Rock 2 Audition...all you have todo is send your headshot and your resume to the mail address..

but Disney is a hard network to get into...Usually a agents helps but how's resume? you may be ready for an agent.

hire an agent there is almost no way to get a job working on screen without an agent and if you wanted to work on disney channel youd might have to move to california anyway i live right next to disney studios and its farrrrrr away from ohio. if your parents arent willing then its not likely. but first get an agent and a head shot.

But if their not willing to travel to Cali, then there's no way around it, get them to feel confident about you acting, and you actually feel confident about it, and you may get the role so them going to Cali wouldnt be that much of a waste, but good luck!! But hopefully you have a agent, because trust me you are not becoming a Disney Channel actress without a agent!!
