  1. practice

  2. Well you have to be willing to practice, and I mean practice hard! You can go running to get leg muscle, and do some ladder drills, you can also ask your parents to let you go to some camps, the camp should help you out a lot, but you have to keep devoting your time to volleyball. There is one more thing you want to be able to be good, well I think you should get up right now and do 100 jumping jacks, or you can set a ball, does not matter what kind of ball, if you don’t have a volleyball, you can practice with a basketball, it will build u your arm muscle.

  3. ok  i play volleyball i would go to a competive place and they should have a camp there that can help and when you have time hit against a wall i have played volleyball for 3 years and if you want  to make a team you need to go asap and maybe get a private i have one and it is really helping i hope you take my advice

                        yours truly,

                             HOTTY!

  4. hit the ball

  5. i find it very helpful and my coach has said the same thing; join camps and leagues that put you with people that play at your level, if not at a higher level.  playing with people that are better than you will only make you better! it's true.

  6. practice get a partner and bump and serve together. Run sprints, lift weights, learn the rules,do push ups,do lunges,

Spike against a wall.At team practice we did all of this.I

was good and I got better by all of these work outs it was alot at first but you can see the improvement I did and even in some of my teammates.Practice, of course helps, but it is very important to make sure you are practicing good habits and learning the right way. Practice running sprints and long-distance. That will always help improve your speed.Crunches and ab-work. Anything to help strengthen your core will help you jump higher and longer.Lift weights. Gives you a better arm swing and vertical.Serving: grab a partner and serve across the net from 10 ft. line, then 3/4 court, and then full court. Practice makes perfect.Passing: grab a partner again and get them to serve to you to work on your serve recieve, then afterwards have her hit to you to work on your digging

I had so much fun in volleyball.

    Good luck!

  7. First always practice as much as you can.

Never set on a serve.....dont swing or jump on a pass.

But all i can say is PRACTICE!

  8. by doing more prtice ,

    by seeing the game ,

    and taking propere guideness

  9. PRACTICE!! Perfect your basic skills such as serving, passing, setting etc.  Get involved in some league or go to open gyms.  the more you play the better you'll get!

  10. practice does not nesscarilly make a better player.

i practiced for years before i joined a team, and during the time i was in the team, i imporved more than double the amount i had just by practicing

if you want to get better, you need real volleyball experience. just practicing dosen't help, since everything is predictable, and quite easily respondable

  11. Practice makes perfect...or in this case...better.

Find what your weaknesses are...and find what your strengths are...

Work on improving your weaknesses by practicing outside or joinging a clinic...

Help your strengths by using them to your advantage...If you like to hit...try and get used to playing front row...but don't go all out there...back row players are always needed for deep serves and hits.
