1.go outside.

2.roll in the dirt

3.put on womens lipgloss

4.do the hokey pokey

5.drink chocolate milk, with the cup upside down.

6. watch "entourage" on HBO and laugh at ari golds accent

7. Create a myspace. If you already have one, delete it

10. Go to alaska and meet a guy named bob within 4 hours. If you dont then you will loose all of the cheese in your refrigerator

i think they feature it before. did you go their website? you  have to send them a video of yourself and your family and explain on that video of why they should choose you as a contestant.
