How can I become a librarian?

hi I'm 16 year old girl. I'm interested in this job , these days.

If I get a master's degree in Library science, then, Is is possible to apply for the public library or school at anytime??

Library science is the top-ranked profession for job satisfaction.  I've got several family members and friends working as librarians for schools, universities, public libraries, and national archives.  

You need to get a 4-year degree in something (anything really, English, art, even science) somewhere, and then apply for library school to do a masters (another 2 years).  After that, they'll help you find a job wherever you want to work.
