How can I become a offical moderator for a chat/forum.?

I see a lot of people who break the rules but can never do anything about it, so I would like to be come one, just on my free time not to actually get paid for it, but just do it so people can't break the rules all the time.

you have to apply to the owner of the chat  or you can start your own group at yahoo and invite folks..

Send an email to the group owner explaining why you would like to help moderate the group (x*x=thegroup name):

you can be a official moderator if

1. follows rules

2. always helps other members.

3. if u caught someone breaking the rule. scolde them

4. be happy!
