How can I become a registered daycare provider in texas?

I am 20 years old and a friend and I are starting up a childcare thing. Does anyone know the qualifications to become registered? and what we need to do?

Go to your County's local Department of Human Services. Tell them what you are wanting to do and they will be able to help you. There are certain classes they require you to take, major background checks, etc. that they require and they should be able to help you with all of it.
