You see I'm into martial arts and Parkour and have been trying to put together a work out routine. One thing that has bothered me though is whether I have to choose between being a good long distance runner or sprinter so in other words developing either my fast twitch or slow twitch muscles. If it is possible is there a way to develop both? I know Bruce Lee would switch off between bursts of sprinting and running when he ran. Perhaps that is one way? Anyways is there any way I can do so or am I going to have to choose?Thanks
