  1. I want to know how, too!

  2. Slow down in all your ways. Stop all caffeine, sugar, and chocolate.

    Do you ever talk so much that you say stupid things? I bet you do.

    Just shut up and let others talk. It will feel awkward at first, because you are so used to jabbering. But it will become more comfortable.

    And people will like you a lot more. People love to talk about themselves. Let them!

  3. Suck a bitter lemon, it's hard to talk a lot when you are puckering.

  4. lucky you that you have so much to talk about i wish i did. that makes you a very out going person dont give that up.

  5. Try to be conscious about how much you talk and purposefully talk less. It's something you can consciously control.

  6. If I may ask, why would you want to do such a thing?

    I personally like talkative girls; muchhh better than talking to the stiff walls or empty-headed girls, that's for sure.

    Unless you're on the verge of being (let me think of a good constructive word for this) a bother, I think you should just be yourself;

    Without a doubt, you'll meet someone who likes you for exactly who you are :)

  7. the most obvious solution is to become a better listener. For instance, the next time you are with a group of your close friends, don't open your mouth unless someone asks you something. After meeting with these people, see if you can write down the gist of what each said and the reponses they received from the others. Record as many details of the conversation as you can. Did you come up with much, or were you silently waiting for them to stop talking so that you could start? Are you wording what your next statement is going to be while they are talking? In order to be an effective speraker, you must first be an effective listener.

    As far as the change of environment, your friends will side with you no matter what you say. You are not allowed that same confidence amongst a whole classroom full of students. You might even have something to say in the class but your fear makes you silent. Imagine what you ight say if the only students attending your class one day was your own group of friends. Would you speak up then? I'll be you would.
