Use a face scrub/peel that has alpha hydroxy acid. This will both exfoliate the skin that has tanned from the sun and also has been shown to inhibit melanin. It will say alpha hydroxy acids or AHA on the container. One is olay regenerist daily thermal mini peel.

I have that same issue....I think....I am green clay, and all.  I really don't know how to help, you or me :D.....Maybe some more clarification on the situation and picture would help?  There are ways, such as make up, stay out of direct sun light, and surgery (But don't become like Michael Jackson..the pop singer!!)

get a good skin doctor to test your skin type then get a good skin lightner easy
