How can I become pregnant?

My & my boyfriend (soon to be husband) have been trying to get pregnant. We haven't tried any pills or lubricants. Any suggestions?

work out when youre ovulating (2 weeks before your period)

and have s*x like crazy from 5 days before till the day after ovulation.

eat healthily (both of you)

cut out alcohol as much as you can

and stop smoking if you do

It's crazy...here you are, trying your hardest to get pregnant..and then on Yahoo answers, you see 13 year olds posting dumb questions about how they became pregnant and how they're so scared! *gasp*

It's almost a joke, really. My husband and I tried to conceive for a while year. Last year around Thanksgiving time, it finally happened. I think it wasn't happening for a whole year because I was stressing so much over it. I kept thinking about the baby. I kept counting days, researching my ovulation charts, reading about all kinds of crazy methods to conceive a child. I had baby on the brain. Finally in November last year, I gave up. I had a move to think about. I had to pack things, clothes, furniture...had to get an apartment, start paying new bills with my husband, make a road trip to our new state..things were hectic and I forgot about baby-making, and somewhere around that time, it happened. I think when you are anticipating a child, your body isn't going to respond only because of how the stress hormones are high even though you don't know it. And this can even put your cycle off. Good luck..I know it's so freakin frustrating...but it will happen. Like I said, we tried for a year..now I'm 37 weeks and almost ready to say Hello to my own little one. I do wish you the best.

ive said it before..dont make it mechanical, make it fun....remember how careful you were being when you WERENT trying to get pregnant?  you can throw that caution to the wind and have FUN

Also, figure out the times that you are most fertile, and maybe both of you guys can 'save' yourselves for that time...like, wait  a few days w no s*x, Then really go at it....

Well one option is to get one of those surgery things at the doctors when they plant sperms into your body to attach to an egg. my friends mom did this and she got a baby obviously hah. it might not work but it is most likely too.

Another option is to have s*x. Regular plain ol' p***s into the v****a lol. He needs to ejaculate into your v****a so the sperm meets an egg and that should result in a baby. dont use a condom cause then no sperm can enter the v****a! Do it a lot [not too much] until you miss one of your period's . then take a pregnancy test. good luck and have fun [;

where you on birth control before you started trying because when me and my wife were trying it took three months of try for her to get preg because low levels of birth contol stayed in her system plus your system has to reajust to its own monthly cycle

Well, if u can't get pregnant..like...the normal..way..then I suggest going to like a doctor...and they'll tell u about other doctors that can help u!..Or u can use sperm insemination...and stuff like that!..good luck!♥

work out then you ovulate then do it. it took my husband and i 12 months . dont worry i know its frustrating but it will happen..

Start sexual intimacy during your period or directly after and continue every three or four days during the month. Make use of the pre-ejaculate during sexual intimacy as it contains the most potent sperm.
