How can I become scene?

i have been a prep for a long time and i realize it's not for me. i would like to be scene how do i become scene? i don't want people to think I'm some poser either. please help.

tease your hair

and get extensions too

well don't all of a sudden start becoming scene. people will call youa  poser. take it slow and do it over time. start wearing skinny jeans and band tees. and then showly start doing more scene things.  look on youtube  "how to be scene" and just watch some videos. =]

the "scene" scene in los angeles is dead. no one dresses like that anymore. its stupid. its funny cause ill come up on random myspaces from people in like ohio or like the southeast and people are dressing like that still lol.

You can't "become" scene. You either are, or you're not. Just like if you're emo.....you are, or you are not. Just because being a 'prep' didn't work out, doesn't mean you change to a new style. You just be yourself, the way you feel you are.
