  1. If you can't lift any sort of machine or free weight try doing push ups, sit ups, and especially lunges. Push ups will give you added upper body strength in your bicepts and tricepts, sit ups will give you core strength in your abs and chest, and lunges will give you lower body strength in your thighs and calves allowing you to jump higher and sustain energy for an entire game.

  2. its easy  just go for push ups of three sets of 15 each at begning, than increase it as you go on to 25 each.

dont try to go gym as you are too young to lift the weight

Go for jogging it will build ur stamina.

  3. Try and do 50 push ups every day.  I had a friend who got a lot stronger doing this.

  4. Lift 10 pound weights everyday twice a day but you have to run also to balance the muscle weight

  5. your not too young to lift, i have been liftin since 6th grade and it hasn't stopped me from growing,

  6. alright 1st of all ur definately not too young to lift waits and 2nd pushups and put the weight behind ur head and go up and down or just normal and pull ups

  7. -Lift weights?

    -Push-ups?

    -Dribble??

    -Slam a volleyball?

    -Jack off?

Idk I'm a girl.. we usually don't try to get big muscles
