  1. What state was your child surrendered in? Can you edit your question and add that in and I'll give you some "direction."

Definately start with http://www.isrr.net if you have a printer, and can afford a stamp and envelope the rest is free. This is the worlds largest online reunion registry for people separated by adoption and divorce etc.

  2. Start by registering and searching registries.  Start with these:

    http://isrr.net/

    http://registry.adoption.com/

If the State(s) where your children were born have registries make sure you sign up for those too.  Not many people know they exist, which is why they are so unsuccessful at matching people.

If you edit your question to say which State you are looking in, people will be able to guide you more efficiently.

    All the best

  3. sometimes someone will answer you here and that is where you can start. there are people that can help you search for stuff. their names and where they were put up for adoption their names at birth if you did. you can get real birthcertificate and its cross referenced to find it. so many things to look into that is free take care health depart write to them and ask for certificate with real name it may help you take care.

  4. If you have their SSN#'s that's a good start. Plus if you know which state they are in you can request free info.

  5. Find adoption sites and put their names up there, but keep some info secret so you can check if they're legit - you might get scammers.

Ask a search angel to help you.
