How can I best help and support the Tibetan cause for an end to their repression?

I live in both the Philippines and the island nation of Guam. How can I help support the Tibetan struggle to be free from Chinese repression?

I recently was watching the news, and they were interviewing a reporter taking part in the Olympic protests in China over Tibet.

She stated that they were not looking for a boycott of the Olympic games, but simply a political/dignitary boycott of the Opening Ceremonies of the Olympics. That is, they want the presidents/prime ministers/royalty/"important people" not to attend the opening ceremonies as to send a message to China that their actions towards Tibet are unacceptable.

In keeping with such a theme, I would recommend writing a letter to your Congressman/Senator/President/Representa... Minister etc. and ask them to support Tibet by not attending the Olympic Open Ceremonies in Beijing and encouraging their colleagues to do the same.
