Stats:

- 39 years old

- 193 lbs (87 kilos)

- 6' tall

- 25% bodyfat

I would rather not take creatine

  1. It is impossible to convert fat into muscle. That is a myth.  What you should do is find a cardio excersise you like such as running, biking, or swimming.  Lift weights and have a good diet and you should see a drastic change.
