  1. I can't switch back either. It redirects time after time. This new format allows for more advertising. Yahoo doesnt care what users like or dislike. It is shoved down our throats. MSN here I come. Or, Google, yuck.

  2. I agree.  I gave feedback when it was being forced upon us over the past several months.  I am okay with them upgrading and think it is a good thing.  However, it needs to be good before forcing the change.  That's why they have been doing the betas, right?

The new version is a horrible waste of real estate with large areas of blank space, etc., especially when you are using larger fonts. Currently, my screen is showing the headline bar, 13 news headlines, and the personal assistant on the screen without scrolling.

As others stated, the TV was already broken and the new mail was the worst, with text all jumbled and overwriting each other.

Gotta' improve quickly or I'm moving on.

Edit:  Ahh, now I see.  If I use an IETab, then it looks completely different.  Hey Yahoo! developers, did you even try this out in FireFox??

Edit2:  Oops, I was wrong.  Once I logged in using IE, it changed.  Maybe there's some settings in our legacy accounts that break it.  I may try to create a new account and see if it looks different.

Hmm...Well I created a new account and logged in and it looks correct.  You can test the account using the following login (before some idiot abuses the login) using:  rabbit_test/badyahoo as the login.

  3. F Yahoo for forcing this "Upgrade".

PS :  It looks terrible in Firefox.

  4. go to http://feedback.help.yahoo.com/feedback....

    and  post feedback

    We appreciate your feedback.

Your feedback helps us improve the quality of My Yahoo!. We do review all submissions, though we cannot respond due to volume.

  5. So, what's the answer?

  6. I just spent 1 hour trying to get back to my "old yahoo", and was unable to.  Extremely disappointing.

  7. Repeatedly having this shoved in my face and refusing every time, I am done. First they s***w with the tv channel guide, now this.Any suggestions for a better page?

I say contact ALL of the advertisers on the page and link them back here and other forums. Oh and Yahoo, I'm selling my stock. Nice move.

  8. I'm having the same problem. The new MyYahoo page absolutely sucks and I'd like my old page back. They did the same thing with their maps a few years ago. They used to be functional and now they are worthless. Can't Yahoo understand that sumple is smart? Jeez.

  9. Hi all. I found a site that says that yahoo is not going to allow us to use the classic any more after a certain date. The link that was on the bottom of the New is not there anymore, so I guess that the date is past. I sent a message thru the feedback, that the New is missing some of the best things I liked about classic. If enough complain, maybe the link will magically appear again and give those of us the option to chose which one we want to use.

  10. You don't. This is from their website....and I think it really stinks!! How 'bout you?

  11. I guess no one has an answer

  12. Sorry, i don't have an answer - I'm disappointed with yahoo for taking something away which worked well for me (and a lot of other people judging by the emails. who knows, perhaps yahoo will listsen.

  13. I completely agree, and unfortunately I have no answers just more complaints.  The new My Yahoo page looks terrible.  Why mess with a good thing?  Please give us this option to switch back to the 'classic' look!

  14. I totally agree. I've searched and searched. Give me the classic page back. Far more intuitive for me.

  15. Don't like it as well. Will switch homepae to MSN now.

Forceing the new on me will not work.
