Look to fill an unmet need...A community is made up of people and like individuals communities have unique needs.  Look for something that needs to get done that no one  else is doing and fill the niche.

There are seniors who still live in their homes but can't do or afford to have things like lawn care done.  I know it would make them feel really good to look out their window and have a clean neat yard to gaze at.  Costs you nothing but a bit of time.
