How can I block harmful websites so me and my sibling can't visit such sites.?

Just want to ask something about websites on the internet!

Well go tools ? internet options > security > restricted website and all those website which you do not want to visit but you can't put all website in this. so if you want you can use websense or be the administrator and do not give admin rights to your siblings so tat they would not be able to access Internet ..lol
