How can I block her number?

I have a person that constantly texts me,calls me. I've delete her number,and attempted to move on. But she refuses to leave me alone, I've told her many times to leave me alone. Yet she continues to bug me, so I was wondering if there was some number that can permanently block her from contacting my phone?

firstly what phone do you have?

i have a blackberry and there is a way to goto a "block call list" also my friend from sprint did it and it worked i tried texting him and calling. sorry if that didnt really help!
