U can either go to any railway station and book it / call a travel agent to book it for u...

You can also do it online in the following website;

http://irctc.co.in/

You can opt for i-ticket (meaning, the hard copy of tickets will be sent to ur address) or eticket (u have to take the print out of the tickets...u need to carry an identification card to show the TTR)
