I swear I cannot remember the last time I was fine all day long. It is always something: migraines, stomach aches, back aches, UTIs, etc.

  1. I was as sick as a human can get in April 2006. I am now in wonderful health and all I have to credit to is Goji 100. I tried Himalayan Goji Juice but it was 75 % fruit juice and then i found Goji 100 from GenesisTodayToday.  Use your own judgement  http://genesistodayproducts.net I am so glad i found it. Your Immune System is all you have, Medicine manages symptoms but cure nothing.

  2. Vitamin C,  Start taking an aspirin and talk to your doctor

  3. Increased sustained sympathetic tone. Your sympathetic nervous system can become dominant sometimes and it can cause these symptoms.  Better diet, Better exercise and SEE A CHIROPRACTOR!! Chiropractic is PROVEN to inhibit the sympathetic nervous system. EAT WELL, MOVE WELL, THINK WELL!

  4. the answer to your sickness and migraines maybe is not due to a weak inmune system.

First you will have to find the root of this general imbalance.

  5. Besides extra vitamin C every day the two natural antibiotics colloidal silver and garlic oil will also boost your immune system if you take them every day.

  6. There are many things you can do to boost your immune system, but diet and exercise are key... you have probably heard it before but its good to get about 30 min of exercise a day. Diet is key to making sure your body has what it needs to stay healthy, make sure to eat those veggies and you might want to think about getting an allergy test/ keeping tract of what you eat and how it makes u feel...

Also consider getting a general multi-vitamin just to supplement your diet personally i like centrum complete and you can find it just about everywhere.

And when worst comes to worst you can always heard to the pharmacy... theres this product called ColdFX which you can take 1 a day and i know some people who swear by it.

    Hope that helps

  7. You might have food allergies. Try keeping a journal of what you eat and what symptoms you have. You may be really surprised at the results. Especially look for wheat, soy, tree nut, egg, and dairy triggers.

  8. You sound a lot like I used to when I was suffering from Lyme disease.  If you're up to it, check out the symptoms of Lyme and see if that fits.

To answer your question, yes, there are many ways you can rev up your immune system such as a good quality high protein diet including soy or whey protein,  add a top quality multi-vitamin as well as  vitamin C, garlic complex, vitamin B and an immunity booster such as Interferon, all of which can really help out.

Rest at least 7 - 8 hours a night and exercise at least 30 minutes in total a day....walking is great!

  9. Have you heard of Transfer Factor? Transfer Factors are a tiny immune molecule found in mother's colostrum which educate your immune system. You can purchse supplement form at http://www.indigoworld.4healthdirect.com

It's 100% natural. Transfer Factor Plus can boost your immune system up to 437%!! I've been using it for myself as well as for my child and we haven't been sick ever since we started to take Transfer Factor and we love it.

Otherwise, to strengthen your white blood cells, it is said that you need to regulate your life, exercise regularly, and reduce the stress level as well as to introduce yogurt and bananas in your diet.  Why yogurt and bananas?

Lactobacillus that is found plenty in yogurt increases the number of good bacteria in intestines, which stimulate intestinal mucosal immunity, and therefore it strengthens your body’s immunity.  Intestinal mucosal immunity is the immune system inside of intestines.  Since your intestines have to deal with various foreign substances as well as foods, there are lots of immune cells actively and tirelessly working to protect your body placed inside of intestines.  A number of studies found that as the number of good bacteria increase, bad bacteria decrease, and then it boosts the immunity inside of intestines therefore strengthen white blood cells in your blood.

Mr. Haruhiko Kugo, the head of Institute for Health Science in Japan says that it is recommended to eat 250-300g of yogurt every day.  If it was difficult to eat such a large amount in one day, just start with 100g/day and increase the amount as you go.

  10. Go to a naturopathic physician.   You need to take an approach that deals with 1. Real nutrition and proper vitamin supplementation 2. Possible mild allergies that have gone undiagnosed, 3. increasing immune system, 4. detoxification  5. the right sleep and exercise patterns for you. ~ if you have a set of symptoms that go outside the scope of naturopathic medicine, the naturopath will refer you to an md/specialist.  With the recurring UTI ~ lots of water, drink emergen-c packets in water ~ NO alcohol, NO caffiene, NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS, reduce sugar ~ and get to the naturopath before you get sick again!!!

  11. Try a massage therapist that does lymph drainage therapy. Your lymph system is your immune system and this is the best and least painful way to clean it out. Good luck and best wishes!

  12. First and foremost, make sure you are eating a proper diet, getting enough sleep, and doing at least some form of exercise (even if it's walking around) at least a few times a week. That's the basic way to stay healthy in general, but if you find that you are getting sick more often than you would like, there are some natural options to help boost your immune system.

Some of the most popular natural products for boosting the immune system are Colostrum, Mushrooms (Maitake, Shiitake, and Reishi), IP-6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate), Beta Glucans, Elderberry, Echinacea (should be taken short-term only), and any antioxidants.

However, considering all the ailments you're listing there, it may have less to do with your immune system and more with your digestive tract. What I mean is that stomach aches and UTIs shouldn't have much of anything to do with your immune system directly (more with overall digestive health and intestinal flora), and migraines and backaches are more likely related to improper circulation and/or back problems. Heck, it's very possible that you have 2-3 major ailments that are compounded and just making your daily life painful and uncomfortable.

I would recommend talking to a doctor and a Chiropractor (to take care of a few angles). A Chiropractor can help with the back pain and migraines, plus the doctor can make sure there's no major medical problems coming into play there as well. You'll probably get help with your digestive tract from a good Probiotic and Enzyme complex (to help with digestion). Also, the idea about the food journal might be a good idea, but with reactions happening constantly, you might get more benefit from it after some of these problems are taken care of. Good luck!

  13. A lot of factors have to take into consideration. Look at your food, diet, cleanliness and do drink a lot of water.

  14. I take an Airborn everyday before work. Its got a ton of Vitamin C and other great vitamins that are really helpful. Don't worry Ariborn isn't a medicine is basically a bunch of vitamins in a small tablet. They had that whole law suit thing clamming that Ariborn was advertising it as a medicine.

Its a little on the expensive but for me its well worth it. Its got just enough of everything to give me that little boost to get me threw the day with out coming home sick.

I work at Target for stocking and theres just so much carborad dust and almost everything we get is basically straight from China. If anyone was wondering.

    Hope that help!!!

  15. I have used acupuncture i know it sounds silly and i didnt believe it but my coworkers(Nurses) told me to just try it I did and I feel better. plus vitamins and lots of fluids
